I have been training with a friend that is joining the MARINES the sametime that I am so we went running. We ran around 13 miles today and after we got done we went to her father's house to have dinner. Her father is a retired MARINE DS and he put us through 4 hours of different workouts and you talk about being tired I could not even move after all that.

lol We get 5 miles 3 times a day (15 total for you guys who can't count ). Then about an hour of other normal stuff.. again three times a day. You got your standard workouts (sit upd, pull ups, etc.) then you got your practice courses.

lol Same here. I used to eat nothing but sweets but could still git into a 0. My mom didn't have a high metabolism... she's still jealous of me. ^_^

I never had to watch what I ate because I was raised on a farm and I was up before the sun was working with the cows, working in hay and logging with my uncles. So by doing all that since I was 8 years old I stayed fit and I could eat anything that I wanted.
