Really you have already found 1 of them because you find it in KOTOR 1 and so that leaves the second 1 that you find out about in KOTOR 2.

I think so because you kill them again on that ship.
I usually go there first until the attack on the ebon hawk and by then I have made atton a sith and I leave to fight on the other planets then I go back to get hanhaar (spelling?)

by far. I have the handmaiden equipped with two upgraded vibroblades, and between her and the exile's lightsaber, i can take out almost anyone within two hits.
