lol, ya, Alabama has some wicked weird names for their towns! a lot of indian names, i guess....lol

Kentucky has some weird names of towns too, There is Bonieville, Quial, Maxieville Valley, Junction City and that are just some of the ones that I have been to or lived in.
Michigan has regular names.
Grand Rapids, Highland Park, Southfield, Lansing,
Every State has atleast 1 town with a weird name.

Usually, the 'wierd' names have a meaning behind the word. (Actually, 90% of the time) named from a certain different languaged word, or just the history behind the locationed town/city.
