Since when? I had just the opposite experience...........were you playing it on the dark side? cause my understanding from the game was that Revan brought an end to the war and then was helping rebuild the republic and went running off past the outer rim after something.

In KOTOR 2 when you are on Korriban go to the Sith Academy and go to the head masters room. In their you will find a Hologram triangle thing with a message from Bastila on it. She tells you that Revan went of into the unknown region of space to fight a new threat and soon after Bastila fallowed him and left the Sith Academy and the sith faught to see who would become the new head masters of the academy. Also if you have a high repair skill then you can see a secret message that is in T3-M4 of Bastila.
