Okay, You have Dog Tags that has the info or your name, rank and serial number. A Skin Tag is a tattoo that has all the info that your Dog Tags have. Many of my friends that are in the military have them because if you are in battle and something happens that you lose your Dog Tags then you will still have your Skin Tags. That is what Skin Tags are, So are you going to get them?

I think we are talking about 2 different things. A Skin Tag is just like your Dog Tags just tattooed on your body. If a Skin Tag is the same as a Bar Code then cool.
