George: (looks around) (whispers) I hate being in dark.
(a large hologram appears where the pillar used to be)
Sortilegus: Fifth Standard Month of the Second Vicis, twenty-ninth day.
Maioribus: So... two months and fours days ago.
Sortilegus: Percisely.
George: What happened then?
(a planet appears in the hologram)
Sortilegus: Arca Cluster. Planet-
Exilialis: (interupts) Achrain.
Sortilegus: (glances at Exilialis curiously)
(looks at Starr) It seems this Nex Abbo has great emotions towards this planet.
(looks at Exilialis) Give me a-
Exilialis: Crawl inside my head and you won't have a head.
Sortilegus: (looks at Starr)
(then back at Exilialis)
Very well... as I was asserting.
(turns back to the hologram)
George: (glances at Exilialis curiously) (looks back at the hologram)
Sortilegus: Here watch this. (plays the hologram)
(suddenly the planet completely disappears)
George: (blinks) What happened to the planet?
Sortilegus: Our enemy uses an "invisible force feild" as you would call it to cloak the planet it attacks. Thus, the planet cannot call for assistance.
George: So it means they are attacked?
Sortilegus: Yes... (turns back to the hologram)
(fast forwards it)
(pauses it)
Now, this... is four standard hours afterwards.
(plays the hologram)
(the planet suddenly becomes visible again, but it's green landscape is now dark canyons and a glassed surface)
(a large shadows floats above the planet for a breif moment before apparently jumping into hyperspace)
Sortilegus: (turns to face Starr)
Exilialis: (clenches his fist) (quietly) Why Achrain?
George: (glances at Starr)
Starr: (looks at Sortilegus) The same?
Sortilegus: Yes. Not much different about it.
Starr: (glances at the hologram) Then we can defeat it the same way?
Sortilegus: That's the one thing that has changed, my Regina... it seems to have advanced in it's military tactics as well as it's defense against the Abboes' weapons... I've searched it's construct.
Starr: Well search it again. There must be a weakness.
Sortilegus: Yes, my Regina.
(turns to face the hologram)
Starr: (as she stares at the hologram she begins to ponder on past events)
George: (looks at Starr)
(Suddenly a Honor Guard steps into the room)
(activates a bright light on the side of it's head)
Ardeo: (stunned) Whoa...
Fortis: My eyes! (blinks)
Okay... I'm good now.
Maioribus: (shakes head shamefully)
George: (didn't even blink)
Ardeo: (looks at Fortis strangely) You do realize that we have a sight enhancer... don't you?
Fortis: Yeah... but you said 'Whoa'.
Ardeo: I was looking at the Honor Guard.
Fortis: Oh... I was too.
Exilialis: (grabs Fortis' head)
(hits him)
Fortis: Ow!
Exilialis: There... that ought to fix it.
Fortis: (rubs his head) Fix what!?
Exilialis: Nothing... I just wanted to hit you.
Starr: Enough...
George: (still looks at Starr)
Fortis: He started it!
Maioribus: (steps inbetween Fortis and Exilialis) The Commander asked for silence and I suggest you obey your orders!
Sortilegus: (buzzing sound) The creature has one weakness.
(turns to face Starr)
George: (still staring at Starr)
Honor Guard: (looks down at George)
If you wish to keep your eyes in their sockets, fleshling... I suggest you stare elsewhere.
