Now that... is cool...
I've made one out of clear fiber glass and used specialized paints that are see-through tp make it have the apperance of the ES. Then used another type of non-t radio-paints to give it a small glow. It's three feet long.
Well, actually, I should say it was three feet long.
Planned on taking a picture of it and well, on a ranch, you can't keep anything that's very fragile more than a day.

It weighs about 5kgs, and can stab through a 5cm plywood board. I can't sharpen it though, (stainless steel takes a long time to sharpen).
