No it's not Grade 12 Calculus, I'm 14 which is Eigth Grade (I think) anyway I've got it solved

y=x+3
7x+5y=9
therefore 7x+5(x+3)=9
therefore 7x+5x+15=9
therefore 12x=-6
therefore x=-6 divided by 12
therefore x=-0.5
once you've figured that out figuring out y is easy, my mum taught me that.
