Quick question: Are you using a controller or a mouse and keyboard?

Mouse: click on the relevant card (so far as I remember anyway)

Other controller: I assume navigate to the correct card with arrow keys/whatever then use the action button to select.

If this doesn't work; google/instruction manual.
