No... some genies managed to clone a fully functional monkey! 
Now, they're trying to get rights to try and clone a person (which in some countries they already do anyway). The only problem this genies seems to be having is they can't manage to clone the human brain because it is so complex and can hold onto imformation for years at a time.
I guess it would be kinda neat if they could get it working. But, they're trying to play God:
Smite the shepards that try to numerous their flocks by the means of witch craft... for they truely are the demon's vessels, they that create and destroy life for their own use. For they are those that reenact God.
