I don't think Jackson would be good since he has already played Mace Windu so that would not work. Morgan Freeman would be good if he agreed to shave his head because the way he talks and humor is Jolee Bindo up and down.

Judi Dench. She would actually be pretty perfect for that role. The voice and everything just... fits. But I'm bias because I think she's a great actress anyway and loved her as M.
