But it's not two handed feat, it's a two weapon feat. A blaster rifle is a single weapon held with two hands, so I don't think that the two weapon feat applies.

no it definitely helps. think of a blaster rifle as a double bladed sword. two weapon fighting definitely helps your chances to hit.
