So we were discussing the French military record in another topic.............Apparently their terrorist cells aren't much better. Paris Police got a tip that there was a bomb in a shopping center. A french terrorist group claimed responsibility and said that there were several bombs in the shopping center. Police arrived on the scene and found several sticks of dynamite in the rest room. The only problem was...............they had forgotten to include the detonator caps................LOL
