Im new so ill just stay on topic... B)
I guess my favourite character is Revan. I really like his story light or dark and find him to be one of the most "wise" force users in all of star wars history. This might not be true since we have yet to see what happend in the Unknown Regions and if he really found the Sith Empire out there. Not to mention what would have happend if he did, but i belive with the power we see in the same is nothing compared to who he might evolve in to 
Have a feeling Revan will be crushing that empire much like Darth Vader's apprentise in Force Unleashed will be a force wreaking ball 
Also love Bastila and her sweet way at trying to keep to the Jedi Code and finally breaking somewhat free from it. Also her voice is amazing!
Canderous is also a GREAT character, a Mandalorian, a supreme warrior and killing machine and keeps to the Mandalorians ways of honor and battle
