I think that it all depends on what the story line is for the new game. If it takes place back with the builders, then yeah, having them build it would work out just fine. But if it takes place after Kotor 1 and 2, then no, that wouldn't work. For one, modern technology wouldn't be able to recreate the star forge. Only the builders had that technology, and they are a little on the extict side. I voted no.

I voted no too. If they make a Kotor sequel. They must have an original idea, not to have Star Forge again. It would be stupid.
