IC is Imperial Commando... a video game based around the Republic Commandos or later called Imperial Commando, taking place a few SW years after the original game during the Galatic Empire's rule. (unknown ending)
FotR is Fall of the Republic... another video game based around the Republic Commandos, but this one only takes place a few SW days after the original game. However, in this game Order 66 is given. As a Commando(an elite clone, with independence) you can choose to side with the Kaminoans or the Galatic Empire.
