Of course there is. There's ALWAYS a new series coming out. Why should it stop now? I gave up trying to stay on track with them a long time ago.

Timothy Zahn has a nice series out. It takes place after episode 6 with rebuilding the republic. They are actually very good. He was on set with Lucas during the making of the movies, so his books are very acurate.
