I'm in if there's a good story line. And also if we actually write the RPG. None of that old "Person: (moves)" junk. I think we've all outgrown that.
I knew you would be. You just cant resist me and my RPG's.....but mostly me.
I think this storyline will trump all of them.
And no. Absolutely not.

Whatever you say, dear.
I think this storyline will trump all of them.
I don't know now. The plot's that developed between me and George for the New Beginning RPG is at the top of the list. It'll take some profound, seriously complex s**t to beat that.
And no. Absolutely not.
Wait... no to what?
I may join. It depends on the storyline

guess i have my work cut out...
and i was saying no....none of that cheesy combat dialogue garbage. thats for noobs.
and of course sweetheart
Whenever you're ready to get this show on the road, I'm ready dear.
I will join this one because it is hard to keep up with Starr and George in the other one and also I have been gone too long to just jump back in.
I will join, if you want me to. My posts are kind of inconsistent.
I say the more people we have the better it will be.

if youre willing to drop any quarrels you may still have with me. cant have personal feelings influencing the acting on the set.
I am making progress on it....it's just that i keep popping ideas into my brain. It already spans 5 pages worth of plot. It's fun. The most successful story i've ever written and its only the prologue.
Now, Dear prince why would still be mad at you?
idk....
Danijel, Can you give us a sneak of the preview of the plot or just what and where this rpg is going to be about.
i didnt wanna do it but fine.
it is what happens in the centuries leading up to the Rakatan Infinite Empire. with that said, it is not possible to have a "happy ending" per se. Think of it as a Halo Reach or X men Origins: Wolverine type of plot.
That sounds awesome and is a great idea because we have never had a rpg that came before the Rakatan Empire.
i know. now that im on breka, i should have time to finally finish it up
And we are finally ready to launch Origins of the Force!!!!!
*blush* Starr called me dear......
Alright then....I think im ready for the prologue. I have to admit I kinda freaked myself out writing this. I was listening to creepy, scary, suspenseful music to help stimulate ideas as I wrote it.... Now I’m gonna re-warn you that this would takes place right before the Rakatan’s Infinite Empire. Again, think of it as a Halo Reach or X-men Origins: Wolverine type of RPG. It can’t have a happy ending, per se. You can add to it all you want. But it has to end with the Infinite Empire being established. BUT….here’s the good news for you happy ending junkies. The sequel is already in progress: the fall of the Infinite Empire. And it’s gonna be swagtastic. Anyway…here goes nothing....
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…. STAR WARS ORGINS OF THE FORCE
Thirty thousand years before the Knights of the Old Republic, the known races of the galaxy lived in perfect harmony, governing themselves with honor, transparency, and distinction. However much of the galaxy was still unexplored, and the Galactic Republic Council urged the Community of Inter-Sentient Thinkers to develop technology that would allow spacefarers to explore these unknown regions. Three hundred years' time was consumed perfecting the means by which faster-than-light methods of transportation would be used to journey out to the vast expanse of the galaxy. As the crew of fifty-two explorers gathered onto the fastest ship ever created, the galactic utopia looked on until the ship made its successful jump into hyperspeed.
But there are some things that weren’t meant to be re-discovered…..
*Five years later aboard the Military Class Freighter (MCF) Rising Horizon*
Pilot 1: Thruster temperatures at minimal speeds; we're running silent.
Commander Macaulay (human): Good work. Let me know when we reach the next habitable system. *Walks off the bridge*
Pilot 2: Yes sir.
*On the crew deck*
Lt. Colonel Macaulay *to first lieutenant*: Camilla, do you realize we've done in five straight years more than the CIT has done in a hundred? Sixty-seven new habitable planets.
First lieutenant Camilla (twi’lek): We have to thank the Council. They worked together like never before to get the most elite crew in the galaxy--us--to this point.
Macaulay: True. I've never been one for politics, but Anderson was able to bring everyone to the round table for this one project. Though it is strange that we haven’t encountered any new species yet...
Camilla: Valid point. But it won't be too much longer.
Macaulay: Hmph. What makes you say that?
Camilla: I....hm. I don’t know. I just have this....feeling. Almost like a certainty in my mind....
Macaulay: *laughs* wishful thinking, lieutenant.
Camilla: I don't know. Maybe you're right. But still....it has to happen some time.
Macaulay: Don't be so sure. Our mission is almost over anyway. Another six months, and we'll be back home hearing our names be chanted across the galaxy for millennia.
Camilla: Your positive attitude always did inspire me sir. *Smiles*
Macaulay: Or is it the outfit that you like?
Camilla: Nothing sexier than an optimist with a great ass, captain.
Macaulay: Stop complementing yourself lieutenant. It's bad for the psyche.
Camilla: *laughs* Whatever hotshot.
*A few hours later*
Pilot 1: Sir, we're coming up on another system. Promising results....for the most part.
Macaulay: Kato. Overview.
Ensign Kato (human): Five of seven planets show very promising results, sir. Habitable. Rich with natural resources.
Macaulay: *pauses*
Kato: Sir?
Macaulay: Land here *points to a planet*
Pilot 2: But sir...look at the planetary summary. Its reviews suck bantha ass.
Macaulay: I know but still.... I feel.....compelled to go there. Just do it.
Pilot 2: Alright, it's your call. But you're gonna have to tell the council how we wasted our time exploring dead worlds.
Macaulay: So why are you scared if I'm the one who’s gonna have to speak?
Pilot 2: *silence*
Macaulay: exactly. Now take us down. I'll prepare a landing party.
*A landing party of eight plus Macaulay and Camilla land on Merburshir: a lush uninhabited planet with an annual generic temperature of 80 degrees all day, everyday. Despite this setting, strangely enough, no valuable rare resources are found on this planet. The investigation party has been scouting the planet on foot for five consecutive hours*
Camilla: Wanna take a break?
Macaulay: I can’t…..there’s something here. I know it is.
Camilla: *frustrated* How do you know, James?
Macaulay: Damn it, Camilla, I just do! Just trust me! It won’t be much longer.
*another hour passes*
Camilla: Okay if you were trying to prove our scanners wrong, you’re failing miserably—
Macaulay: *stops* shhh!!!! Listen….
*Macaulay gently taps his foot on what sounds like a hollow area in the ground. He sets a detpack on the hollow ground. After the small explosion, a wide opening is exposed.*
Macaulay: Can’t stop now. Everyone: Down the hatch. *he jumps down and everyone follows suit. The drop was deeper than expected, and the crew fell fifty feet. After recuperating, the team moves on, charging weapons and infrared and night vision sight. They continue down into the planet until they what looks like old ruins of an ancient civilization from time immemorial.*
Camilla: no life signs…..
Macaulay: No nothing so far….just a bunch of ruins… these things are huge….stay frosty.
Private Menendez (human): Smells like a hutt orgy took place down here….
Macaulay: Just stay sharp soldier.
*After a half hour of exploring, the scout team stumbles upon a vast door concealing a faint humming sound*
Macaulay: Get it open. Quickly.
Menendez: I’ll try sir. But it looks like whoever was here before us tried to lock it down pretty tight.
Macaulay: Just do it, son.
*Menendez picks the lock on the door and the squad moves ahead. The humming becomes louder… deafening…deeper in pitch….penetrating the skull and causing the entire team to fall on all fours. After about five minutes of this suppressing noise, it abruptly stops. The squad stands back up*
Camilla: What the hell was that??
Macaulay: I don’t know…. But my ears aren’t even ringing after that….
Camilla: Mine either….strange. Regroup, soldiers, and move on in. Keep your asses sharp
*Another ten minutes of walking goes by. The team finally finds what seemed to be the source of the humming: a giant orb, crystal-like in exterior, platinum-like on its interior*
Macaulay: What the hell is this?
Camilla: Menendez. Readings.
Menendez: I don’t know ma’am….
Macaulay: I feel…strange suddenly…like there’s something coursing through my veins…
Camilla: Me too…and it’s getting stronger…more intense as the moments pass…
Menendez: Maybe you guys just need to lay down….I don’t feel anything.
Camilla: are you numb?? How can you not feel that?? It feels….great.
Macaulay: Great is an understatement…it feels….like I’m invincible…like there’s no one in the galaxy who can stop me from doing anything. I could kill you all in a heartbeat and you wouldn’t even know it. That’s how I feel.
Camilla: Likewise.
Menendez: *studies the orb for fifteen minutes* I found something! A lot of data! Looks like a gold mine of hyperspace data and new star charts for…the rest of the unexplored galaxy…. Okay, something’s clearly not right. A bunch of ruins that look like they’ve been through a two-thousand year war and they just happen to leave a key to the rest of the galaxy? Someone wants us to find this.
Macaulay: Maybe they didn’t have a choice….maybe there was something that prevented them from leaving and they wanted the next civilization to pick up where they would have left off…
Camilla: *Sarcastically* You think so? I’ve gotta agree with Menendez, sir. This is too convenient to be anything but a trap. Either here or at one of those planets.
Macaulay: Then we blame the Council for it. They’re the ones who sent us flying blindly into the vast unknown. But consider the alternative: what if I’m right? This would be the discovery of our time. We could colonize the rest of the known galaxy inside of a decade. Camilla…we’d be so rich. All of us would.
Camilla: I know…you make it sound so…inviting…
Macaulay: Because you know I’m right. I know you all have your doubts, but just trust me. Join me. Follow me. I promise you, you will have more power, wealth, and fame than you ever imagined.
Camilla: *long pause* Okay James…I’ll trust you. You haven’t led us this far in vain.
*The rest of the team nods in agreement*
Menendez: Sir, we got a message here…
Macaulay: Let’s hear it.
Recording: No escape!! Merburshir was last refuge! They’ve made it here too! Death is inevitable! The Purge cannot be stopped!! CAN NOT BE STOPPED!!!!!!! *a loud explosion ensues, then static for a few minutes. The recording continues, this time, with a different, more distinct voice; altered but clearly not altered by any natural means. The voice sounds as if it means to sound sickening and plant either boldness fear beyond comprehension in the minds of all who hear it* They have had their time. We are the vanguard of their destruction; the harbinger of their perfection. We will show them how to truly become one with the Force.
Macaulay: what the hell is that?
Camilla: * fearfully* I….I don’t know….I’ve never heard anything like it….
Menendez *equally as fearfully* Maybe we’ve overstayed our welcome, sir?
Macaulay: No. I know that sounded…unnatural. But still. Obviously, whoever it was failed in their “vanguarding” and “harbinger-ing”. The star charts are what we need. It will effectively end this mission and label it a tremendous success. I’m more than confident of that. Download every piece of information in that thing then we’re out of here.
Menendez: Yes, sir.
Camilla: Are you sure about this?
Macaulay: I’m positive. Trust me. Everything is going to be fine. I promise. *gently strokes her head. Camilla returns a warm, trusting smile*
*Another three hours have passed, and the information has been fully downloaded. Macaulay’s team returns to the Horizon
Macaulay: Plot a course for Coruscant. And contact the Council. Tell them our mission is a giant success.
Pilot 1: Yes sir.
And that, my friends, concludes the prologue. Feedback? Reception? Was it weak, strong? Lame, awesome? Okay? Average Joe-ish?
Also at this time, I extend to you the invitation to create your own characters in this series. I’ll start just to get the ball rolling.
Name: John Alexander Antilles
Species: Human
Age: 25
Height: 6’2”
Weight: 196 lbs
Rank: Major
Background: John Antilles was born into a military family. The youngest of 3 sons. His mother and father are both generals in the Intergalactic Marine Corps (his father is a lieutenant general and mother a brigadier general). His two brothers are second lieutenants. Antilles was able to rise to such a high rank at such a young age mostly because of his family recognition. But John himself showed prodigy characteristics by leading his team to a tremendous victory over a fledgling confederacy group. In the battle, then-21 year old first lieutenant John Antilles was given control of half of the Intergalactic Marine Corps in a hasty move made by the Galactic Council (most of the commanding officers were assassinated). Through his tactics, John won the battle that would subsequently end the war with the confederacy. For saving the Galactic Republic, Antilles was double-promoted to major.
