What are all the quests at Korriban? I'm getting ready to leave and I don't want to miss out on anything. I found the dead jedi by submitting myself to the disciplinary room and went throught the tomb of visions. Is that really it?

In the head master's room in the academy is a holocron that has Bastila telling where Revan went and why Bastila left Korriban. You meet Sion in the Academy too but other then the missions you named I believe that is it but make sure to look around because you can really find some good stuff there.

Is there anything I can do if I used the detonator to open the Headmaster's door and damaged the holocron?
That sounds like one part of the story I don't want to miss.
