TOR takes place three thousand years before Vader.
As of right now the Sith is unnamed though the blurb said the Sith's strongest warriors have assaulted the Jedi Temple. He might be a leader on the Sith Empire's Dark Council or a powerful Dark Jedi. Right now... no one knows except LucasArts and BioWare.
