I would say Revan is getting close to his 50's, Bastilla mid 30's [judging by meeting her mother in the cantina on Tatooine in KOTOR1], and Carth Onasi is probably reaching late 40's as well.

I agree with Bastila's age and Carth's age but I put Revan in the age range of late 30's to early 40's.
