True, but if you play as a female, I believe you get to kill him during a conversation on that mystery planet

Actually no. Without the mods you can't kill Carth before you kill Malak. You have to be in a relationship with him and he'll come onto the station when you're trying to escape and try to convince you to return to the light. Then you kill him.

No problem I mostly played as the Male. But once or twice I played as a Female just to see how it is.

It's always weird for me to play as a female in games. Even in Mass Effect and Dragon Age. I never played as a female there. (Except for Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, for obvious reasons )

For me it was hard falling to the Darkside as a female in KOTOR 1,2 not game play but inside of me.

Yep it's hard when your female hero starts falling to the darkside and her becomes grey and scarred and suddenly she ain't pretty anymore...

Really? I played both genders numerous times to get a complete feel for the games. I also tried to play through all classes unless there's one I absolutely hate (like mages in DA) and with different choices each time.

I do have to admit though that female Hawk got on my nerves because I could never make her smoking hot. So instead I played as a smoking hot male 99% of the time. He was also a complete and total ass 75% of the time because violence solves everything. That and hitting people is fun.

In ME the only class I every really liked was the soldier. My final ME3 saves are as a female soldier paragon and a male soldier renegade.

I undersand not wanting to play on the darker side as a female in games were you can choose the less moral approach. Male Shepard looks beast with his implants showing... female Shepard... yeah, not so much.
