True in one way they have somthing in commen They both did not know somthing
example:
Darth Vader:He didn't know about his children until empire strikes back
Revan(when revan had false memories):He/She did not find out that they were reven until the confrontation with malak

Yes, but that wasn't the reason I looked upon them.
Darth Vader was just so... powerful, and majestic. His vioce and looks is what made him my favorite in the old series.
Revan was mysterious, and extremely known, and powerful. Nice traits to have.

I would have to agree on that but at the end of return of the jedi when luke took vaders mask off vader didn't look so though

I believe Nihlius had great potential but Obsidian ruined it
