*Not so subtle bump*

C'mon, we need more people to take the poll!

So far, we have a Jedi, and we have a Sith.

What else?

As did I, Master.

...As did I...

Choose Your Path

Answer truthfully for best results!

1. You find yourself trapped in a room with another man whom you have never met before. You have a gun in your hand.
A loudspeaker crackles to life on a nearby wall. It informs you that in order for you to escape the room, you must kill the
other man within the hour.  However, if you kill yourself, he gets to go free.  Do you...

A. Shoot him. In all honesty, you probably would have shot him even if you didn't have to. *Evil grin*
B. Shoot yourself. Destruction of life is never morally right. But to resign yourself to the Nothing in his place is the only thing
you can do in this situation.
C. Shoot him. You know this man would not be able to help and protect the people in the ways that you can.
D. Flip a coin. All life is meaningless and chaotic. Morals are relative, chance is the best way to make this decision.

2. The people of an alien world have elected, through a democratic process, a leader who does not hold the same system of
values as the Old Republic. You have been tasked with overthrowing this regime and reinstating one which is more in line
with the view of the Republic. Do you...

A. Report the mission a failure. Just because a planet's value system is different is not a reason to cause the pain and
suffering that would result from a coup.
B. Go about eradicating the current government with gusto. Observe as you, a single blade, topple the government
of an entire planet!  Watch as you rain death and destruction down upon the poor citizens of this world!
C. Walk into a council meeting of this old government, state plainly that the Republic demands a new government. When they
reply 'No!' kill a few of the loyal party members, that'll teach them to shut up. Of course, the Republic will get a terrible
image among the outlying planets for this hostile takeover. But, you did your job.
D. Silently assassinate the leaders of this new state, quickly put into office the new government, threatening any other
'higher ups' with the force of the entire Republic army. The mission is accomplished quickly, efficiently, and with a minimum
of bloodshed. You had better get a promotion for this.

3. Assume that you are a Jedi. With the death of an eminent member of the Council, a spot is opened. You are on
the short list of those being considered for acceptance. Do you...

A. Go about your business as usual. You could care less whether you are accepted into the 'prestigious' Jedi Council.
You have your own way of doing things that doesn't always mesh with the Council anyways.
B. Make an extra effort in your duties, and always smile at Master Yoda when you pass him in the halls. You want to be a
member of the Council badly, but you know excessive ambition is frowned upon.
C. Through your own devious ways you somehow manage to obtain a copy of the list of Jedi being considered. You systematically
either assassinate them (always making it look like a random attack, or accident) or you tarnish their image somehow in the eyes
of the council. Just wait until the Council have figured out who they have accepted into their ranks!
D. Go about your business as usual. Being a member of the Council is nothing but a title, and has no reflection on how well
you can do your job. You don't need to be told when you are doing a good job, you are aware that your are in the good.

4. You're on an alien planet, you have been dispatched by the Republic to aid some of their troops stationed there
who are trying to quell the civil war that is ravaging this world. You're patrolling the perimeter of the Republic's outpost when
you notice a collection of civilians being forced against a wall. Armed men are instructing them to remain there, and are
priming their weapons. It is apparent they are about to be executed. Do you...

A. You sit back and watch. Better not to get involved with these savages. If you save the civilians, chances are the next day they'll
be on the battlefield shooting at you and your friends with the weapons these guys drop. You never can tell who's your ally
and who's your enemy in war.
B. Charge straight at the firing squad, lightsaber flashing in the dusk. You cut straight through their number, killing them all.
Then, just for kicks, you force choke the peasants one by one. Wouldn't want to leave them out of the fun, now would we?
C. You greet the firing squad, inquiring as to what they are doing. When they explain they are going to execute these peasants.
You ask them why, they become frustrated with you and tell you to leave. You explain that you have to
prevent them from hurting these people, if that is their intention, as per the Jedi Code. They open fire
on you and you have no choice but to kill them.
D. You watch from the shadows, and contemplate whether you should intervene or not. You decide on a course of action and wait
until the civilians have been shot. You then proceed to slaughter the riflemen. Less enemies, whichever way you slice it.

5. Today you are without responsibilities, to pass in whichever manner you choose. Do you...

A. Wake early in the morning and take a walk through a nearby park, enjoying the sunshine and the fresh air. When you
return to your abode you eat a slim breakfast and then meditate. You walk to a nearby restaurant for lunch, then proceed to a library.
Where you enrich your mind with the wisdom of your elders and betters. You return home and eat dinner. You read over the
News before turning in, it always pays to be aware of what is happening in the world.
B. Wake early and go for a brisk 3-mile jog in the crisp morning air. Returning home you stretch and shower, eat a hearty
breakfast and work out at the gym for the next few hours. You shower at the gym and meet up with some buddies afterwords.
You guys eat a big lunch and hang around downtown cat-calling the pretty ladies. You take in one of the new movies with your friends
before heading out for an evening on the town. You hit all the big clubs, and by the time you get back home you're too
drunk to stand and your face is plastered with lipstick.
C. You wake up early and meditate, preparing for an eventful day. You eat a big breakfast and walk down to the shipyards. You
force choke a few mechanics attending a ship and swipe the vehicle. You takeoff quickly, ignoring commands to turn back from
the air control tower. And send them a few photon torpedos for annoying you. You proceed to fly to a nearby city. You land and
disembark. Your blood is boiling now as you cause mayhem. Using the force you rip apart buildings and break human bodies apart.
By the time it's time to head home the road is slick with blood and the city is aflame. You return exhausted, eat a healthy
dinner to reward yourself for a hard days work and fall asleep.
D. You wake up late and fix yourself a sloppy breakfast. You decide to take a walk around town. You even have some fun nudging
bystanders with the force, and even picking one lady off the ground. You head to restaurant and force lift some plates off of a cart
and carry them outside, persuading the waiter that No, those were not his plates, and yes, they belonged to you. After fooling with
people in this manner, you return home. Pleased with your fun and games.

What does it all mean?

Jedi - You are a crusader for the righteous, defender of the weak, and upholder of everything that is good. You adhere completely
to the Jedi Code, although sometimes this does not agree with the Republic you always stay true to the ideals in the Jedi Code.
Any man would be proud to fight alongside you, although your up righteousness and stubbornness may annoy more than a few people.

Sith - You are a certified BAMF.  Anybody who crosses you dies. Really, anybody you feel like killing, you go ahead and do it.
You are filled with primal strength, and deal death freely. You are the epitome of evil, slaughtering with abandon. You don't
care what anybody tells you to do, and if you don't agree with them, you can always just kill them.

Shadow - You don't resign yourself to either of these two restraining ideologies, preferring to find your own way with the
Force. The institutions of the Jedi, and the pointless cruelty of the Sith both revolt you.  You are a free-thinker, not inclined
to make rash judgments, or follow what you know to be right. You think through every situation.

Soldier - Whether you wield a lightsaber or a blaster pistol, you are a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.  Whomever
you fight for can count on you to come through, and to do the job better than anyone else. You are ruthlessly efficient, but your
lack of the complicated morals that restrain the Jedi make you a more likable and human character. You are differentiated
from the Shadow Jedi by your loose sense of right and wrong, and your undying allegiance to the Republic.

Note* This is my first time attempting a quiz of this sorts so... bear with me. It may not be perfect, but I tried. And the descriptions of the Jedi, Sith, and Shadow Jedi may not be exactly in line with canon, they just represent what I see them to be. You are welcome to correct any errors I have in their summaries.

- Cillik slowly stands, deactivates and sheaths his saber. He bows his head towards Jester -

I will uphold the tenets of the Sith dutifully, my master.

-Cillik turns and walks quitely out of the room, a new sense of purpose in his stride -

*Weak rays of sunshine penetrate the aged temple's battered roof, forming a complex carpet on the stone floor.  Cillik stalks into the room, kneeling in the center of the room. He addresses a figure hidden in the shadows.*

Lord Sion, I offer the Sith my blade.

*His crimson blade bursts to life in an angry cry, he holds it parallel to the ground.  The powerful hum of the lightsaber reverberates throughout the room.*

Please accept my service, and instruct me in the ways of the Sith.
