Just finished part two and wow. Darth Bane is a badass. His first few months at the Sith academy, his loss of power, and his regaining his power. All very cool. My favourite however was when he quotes Darth Revan to Lord Kas'im. Simply amazing.

I just finished part one of "Path of Destruction." Very interesting.

The beginning wasn't too slow, but jumped quickly past his military exploits, and got quickly to him becoming a Sith. Bane seems like a good person at heart with a lot of hate. I am enjoying this book so far, and I can tell Darth Bane is going to quickly become one of my favourite Sith.

Also the prologue was...short and abrupt.

So for Christmas I got some Barnes and Nobles gift cards. I figured it was high time I started this trilogy. So I bought all three and just got them in the mail. I'm starting "Path of Destruction" as I type this. As I get farther along (half way through, just before the end, and the start of a knew one.) I will post my thoughts and opinions on the books. It's Drew Karpyshyn and I very enjoy his writing and I also heard that Revan appears in this trilogy as a holocron, so I'm pretty stoked about that. Anyway I'll keep y'all posted. If any of you have this trilogy, maybe you might want to read along and post as I post. Then once I am fully finished we can discuss the books, and Darth Bane so as to keep the topic active! Anyway hope you'll stick around with me. I'll post on this topic periodically.

Carth has a really terrible way of hitting on you as a female Revan. Like it's utterly dreadful. Also I have never been able to get him to talk about gotee styles with my male Revans. It's kind of sad really.

I never finished #3 or revelation. However I will eventually someday go back and replay both. I also thought black flag looked dope. As well as the new ones that came out this year

I am a Tolkien nerd I have for Tolkien tattoos. The hobbit movies especially the last one were/was/are dreadful. P. Jackson really just ran in the totally opposite direction of the source material and just filmed a scripted fan fiction. I can't even appreciate the movies as movies because of the enormous amount of CGI and bad acting. As well as terrible plot lines.

Also here is a list of all known lightsaber colour crystals As well as their owners (if known). And some background! I myself would use Green and blue and make an aqua like Galen Marek did. That or Cyan.

For millennia, the Jedi Order lit lightsabers in every color and hue imaginable. However, following the Battle of Ruusan, the hues of most available crystals had been limited to either blue or green. Lightsaber color crystals could also be compressed, resulting in a pulsating blade, or they could be unstable, resulting in a core which swirled and sparkled.

Lightsaber crystals of different hues could also be used in the same lightsaber to make a new blade color; for example, Galen Marek used Rahm Kota's green crystal along with his father's blue crystal to create an aqua blade.

The following is a list of all known blade colors.

Acid Yellow (Anja Gallandro's lightsaber)

Actually there is a black saber!

"The Darksaber was an ancient, black-bladed lightsaber. Unlike most other lightsabers, the Darksaber's blade was nearly flat, thin, and curved to a point more typical of a metallic sword. The black core of the blade appeared to draw in all surrounding light and color, leaving a faint white, electrical aura along its edges, and it hummed with a higher-pitched whine than its more common lightsaber counterparts when the blade was active, and made a sound like a whistle when it was swung. Once held by the Jedi Order, during a period of collapse in the Galactic Republic's power, the Darksaber was stolen by members of the Mandalorian warrior clans."

Yeah I re-acquired it, and I was so into it that I subscribed and capped out at 55. It's a very fun game, and there are 8 different stories, each one unique to a certain class. All very cool. If you liked Kotor (obviously) you will like certain stories more than others (The Jedi Knight storyline) It's well worth it to just play the stories, and then quit as if it's a single-player game.
