I agree both sets of games are great and are different but still the same in most aspects too. I agree the fighting is better in ME than KOTOR but you also have to think that ME came out years later and on the 360 so it had the benefit of better technology and time.

Jade Empire is a game I recommend you play because it has a amazing back story and is action packed even though it has it's slow filler spots here and there.

Thanks for the heads up and I figured that it wouldn't be as good as the other ME games but that is normally how it happens when you fall in love with a main character like Shepard.  lol

I have finally returned to the site I have called home since joining in 2008 which I just realized I have been a member for 12 years. I plan to be on as much as I can and to keep the site clean of spamming and bots. Also it will feel great being active again and helping keep this site going for another 12 years or longer.  cool

I got ME Andromeda the day it came out and I have still not played it or even downloaded it  lol . I have not had the free time to devote to the game until now so this winter with covid19 going on and soon snow on the ground I will have plenty of time to finally sit and play it.

I mean KOTOR and Jade Empire gave rise to Mass Effect in the options of the choice of good or evil. I love ME but if you think about it ME is SW just without lightsabers and early on centered around Earth and its place in the universe.

We would start with the backdrop of what is or has happened, then we make are characters detailed or not so much so. We developed our own character(s) the way we wanted them to and the plots mainly settled around the star wars universe from anywhere from before or after Revan's time or during Revan's time. The plots were also mixed of what we knew from the games and movies which added greatly to what the stories turned into later down the road. We could have anywhere from 5 to 6 members in any given rpg with 1 to 5 different characters going. It was a amazing time on the site.
