It depends on if you've been shot before or not... and where you are shot at.

Shots to the lower leg and lower arm tend to hurt less than a shot to the shoulder, thigh, knees, and so on.

But being shot isn't all that bad (well not as bad as the movies make it and not as easy either). Soilders are used to it by the time they're sent out.
