and there's the tradeoff. my metabolism is so high and bone structure is so....narrow that my muscles look smaller than what they should be. its not fair. im in shape, i work out, i eat protein but it doesnt manifest itself.

that's why I like Rick Perry. He wants to cut congress' pay in half. and they're lucky because i would take it even further. I would have a flat 30-45 thousand dollar pay rate for our troops and congress wouldnt be able to make anymore than $30K.
