Just wanted to let you know that I am still around, George. Just... ah, exhausted and incredibly busy. Hopefully, I can get to the post before summer ends because I really, really want to do this. Plus, I can't wait to reveal to you all the stuff I've been hiding about the plot since way back when. On a side note, I doodled up a quick sketch while I was waiting for some paint to dry on a project. Introducing, Deicide's version of our RPG's Leina: Leila Nejem.
Leila is the princess of the Rajinn, a group of humanoids which in all honesty resemble elves what with their pointed ears and all. Her name has Arabic origins and the full meaning is "night star". She is also known as the Lady of the White Isles.

Re: Dubbed Anime (6 replies, posted in The Old Republic Cantina)
I love anime. I just haven't been around the site in a bit. I also usually watch anime subbed rather than dubbed. A bit more authentic. That and Japanese voice actors have the sexiest voices. But when I do watch dubbed I use sites other than dubbedepisodes.

Hey, George, just wanted to let you know that my finals are going on this week and next so I should post sometime shortly after. In fact, I'm sure you'll be pleased to know I'm almost already half way done with what I plan on posting. So glad this isn't taking nearly as long to write as that last post of mine.
Anyway, lots of tension in the post to come with everything that's going on. On a side note, I went back and read a good bit of some older posts I made and realized how much I've changed everything over the course of this story when I wasn't sure where I wanted the plot or even the characters to go. It all sounds retarded now that I go back and read it again.
Also, feel free to take control of the men that are defending the Temple with Kal in your next post. They are your men, after all. Oh, and since he's your "favorite" character of mine, I've even delved into Dmitri's backstory a very, very good little bit in the next post. So... yeah, get excited!

Re: _________ vs. _________ (128 replies, posted in Star Wars Universe)
Well now that one all depends. For example, if you're pitting run of the mill clone troopers against the Mandalorian Death Watch, they're gonna get their asses handed to them. No doubt about it. However, if you're talking about pitting an elite variant of the clone troopers, such as the ARC troopers, against the Death Watch then well... that's a much tougher pick. Strategically, they're quite evenly matched.
Given that the ARC troopers were trained directly by Jango Fett to become literal one-man armies and so on and so forth... I'd have to go with the ARC troopers. Though some individuals in the Death Watch are Force capable... but still, I'm sticking to ARC troopers. If Fett can deal with Jedi, I'm sure they know how to handle someone with a 'saber as well.

Boba Fett. And not just because I like Mandalorians. Strategically, Boba Fett has major advantages. Like a jet pack. The person with the jet pack always wins. And he can wield lightsabers...

The problem is Starr, that you're trying to make it epic. And this is just casual RPG-ing. Maybe you shouldn't give up. Just try to write little less
But I like the epicness...

Re: _________ vs. _________ (128 replies, posted in Star Wars Universe)
Darth Revan and Mandalore the Ultimate would completely destroy Sidious and Vader.
My thoughts exactly.
Oh, and Atris would beat the living crap out of Bastila. (1) Because I don't like Bastila, (2) because Bastila was a whiny arrogant little Jedi who just so happened to know some 'special' Force power, and (3) because even though Atris was a right b**ch, she was a Jedi Master and a member of the Jedi Council. 'Nuff said.

Star Forge. It had no... "structural" weakness like the Death Star. That and the freaking Star Forge popped out ships and droids giving the most powerful Force-user in the galaxy at that time the most kick ass and infinite fleet ever to be witnessed. Yeah. The Republic would have totally lost if Malak hadn't betrayed Revan.
Malak was a sucky tactician.
