Yeah, they keep Area-51 locked down. For the UFO thing, I don't really believe they have UFO tech such as Alienic technology. It's just crazy stuff.
I think they are making advanced technology there, and are testing it in the daytime around cities... but the problem with that theory is "Why would they fly it around? What if it fails? The public would be ALL over it."
They might be making a Pelican (off of halo) type vehicle.

Oh yeah! We did that too! That was awesome - but Starr: Get this - If they have invincible Marines - why not send THEM after the Covenent and the Prophets?? We could save soldier's LIVES not to mention the Chief's - haha!

Sony is going to use a cheaper chip, so the price might drop due to that. They need to have a price drop to keep up with Microsoft.
