You get on the Ebon Hawk and get in the air then bountie hunter ships and some remnant ships from the sith armada try to attack you. Then you can go to 4 players one Revan, one Exile, one Mira, and the other wait for it Trask Uglo. Some how he survived (he refuses to tell anyone except you later in the game). After they are through you land on Kashyykk. It's a big reunion because everybody from one and two (except Hanharr because in my story when you blow up malachor 5 he threw The Exile on board the Ebon Hawk saving her and Atton who isn't here yet). Then you see the smuggling club that Mission started and you the wookie tribe led by Big Z and one of it's newest members his daughter (or son but girl is canon). Then Atton comes holding a baby boy (everyone is having kids). He is the son of The Exile. Then you join the smuggling club and have to send some parts to the droid shop (it is under different management). You also have to do something for the Jawas because they asked for help from the council so that is another mission.
