Well it's a little complicated and you need a good supply of medpacs. First when in battle you pause and go into your items and go down to your medpacs and click use item normally in battle you can only use item once but if you unpause, go out of combat mode and pause again you will be able to use another medpack. Keep on going in and out of combat mode and you will be able to use as many medpack as you want, without wasting any combat time. Hope that is understandable and I will go on KOTOR and see if I would be able to upgrade that method

Wow, you get through KOTOR quick! I'm only up to where you just get Bastila on Taris! (Probably because I've been doing every side quest and explored everywhere (including the sewers!)) Have you had a go at doing every side quest?
