while we're keeping in the tradition of "talking facts", the government corruption in Russia is insane. so Putin gets his two terms, has his prime minister succeed him, turns back around and appoints Putin prime minister and a few years later he's president again. why not just amend your constitution (you do know what that is, dont you?) to have a president serve more than 2 consecutive terms?
